Knee issues? Try this out!-Often times when I have a knee issue I’ll use this technique in my routine called “flexion gapping”.-Flexion gapping is when you create space or a gap in the joint while in flexion. Throw a towel underneath your knee and either hold the position statically or rock back and forth onto your heels or just hang out there.-The towel act like a wedge to gap the hingejoint of the knee providing some space and alleviating many issues going on within the knee itself.-If you’re having any knee issues at all give this a try and let me know if it helps!#knee #kneepain #kneepainrelief #kneehealth #kneeinjury
