Hi, I saw in the recipe that we should keep the jar in the sunlight for 7-10 days. Should we place it under the sun for the whole day or for a certain number of hours per day?
And, should we mix the Gulkand during or after the whole process?
Thanks !

Thank you for the recipe. I tried this out, really loved the taste. However, I want your suggestion on this- The sugary liquid stays at the bottom of the jar and – Rose petals are papery.
Can you suggest me what to do?Reply
Hari Chandana Ponnaluri says
Hi Vasudha, Glad you enjoyed it. Have you mixed the gulkand in the making process?

Vasudha says
Do you mean mixing the gulkand every other day using a clean spoon?
No, I didn’t do it.Reply
Hari Chandana Ponnaluri says
Yes! Can you try doing that from now on, just mix and expose it to sunlight. Not sure if it will turn out well.
