FOURTH OF JULY RECIPE ROUNDUP

I can't believe we're already on our way into July! The beginning days of summer have flown by. We are looking forward to celebrating our first holiday with our sweet daughter,Kezia. The Fourth of July chapter in Celebrations is filled with beautiful, seasonal and festive Paleo recipes, that I hope will bring joy to your holiday. This Blackened Salmon with Stone Fruit Salsa is a stunning centerpiece, before everyone digs in! You could also do the recipe with chicken breasts if wild salmon is hard to find where you live. Find the recipe on page 177 in Celebrations.
